Collections are available from our Waverley, Pretoria location by appointment only.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
Colours and images may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Full payment is required to confirm any order.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
4. Orders & Processing
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if production has already started.
Custom and personalised items are made to order and may require additional processing time.
5. Collections & Delivery
Collections must be arranged in advance (appointment only).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Lifestyle Prints Collection items are non-refundable.
Bath & Body products must be returned unused, in original packaging, at the buyer’s cost.
A 15% handling fee applies to all approved refunds.
7. Product Use & Care
Customers are responsible for following proper usage and care instructions provided with products.
We are not liable for misuse of products.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (POPIA compliant).
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
